A new role to support improved sales administration processes and electric vehicle charger deployments.
As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting the needs of our Customers, I’m pleased to share some significant news. Effective January 1, 2024, Katie Millner was appointed to the role of Administration & Infrastructure Manager.
This strategic move aims to reinforce our ability to efficiently manage administrative tasks, refine operational processes, oversee EV charger infrastructure, and implement new systems – all to better serve our Customers’ evolving needs while also positioning our company to improve upon sales administration operations.
Katie brings six years of invaluable experience from her tenure on Team Sonny, having actively contributed to various aspects of our sales and delivery processes. In this new role, her adeptness in leading improvement initiatives will further streamline sales coordination operations across the sales administration team and ensure a quality customer experience from order to delivery.
Our commitment to supporting school districts in their electric vehicle infrastructure projects remains steadfast. Over the last 24 months, Katie has been key to facilitating and managing the deployment of electric vehicle chargers across 30+ school districts. In her new expanded role, Katie will continue to lead these projects while also serving as an in-house expert for charging technologies.
